FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken through the approximate center thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevation thereof;

FIG. 8 is a side elevation from the head; and

FIG. 9 is a side elevation from the toe.
