FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of the top of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of a modified top for a merchandise display unit, and embodying the invention;

FIG. 10 is a rear elevational view thereof;

The tops are adapted for mounting on column structure of a merchandise display unit, such as for instance a "spinner type" merchandise display unit.
