FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pan lid holder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof, with the broken line disclosure of a pan lid being for illustrative purposes only.

Other views, construction, and arrangements of the z-shaped pan lid holder are conventional.
