FIG. 12 is a front perspective view of a third embodiment of the waste receptacle;

FIG. 14 is a front elevational view of FIG. 12, the rear elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 15 is a side elevational view of FIG. 12, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 16 is a fragmentary sectional view taken along line 16--16 of FIG. 13.

The undisclosed rear, bottom and sides of FIG. 9 and bottom of FIG. 12 are the same as the FIGS. 4, 5, 6 and 7.
