FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the undisclosed side being the same;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the undisclosed bottom being the same;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of a photograph holder showing my new design;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof the undisclosed side being the same;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof, the undisclosed bottom being the same; and

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view thereof.
