FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of the right side of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof with the pad and counterweight removed for clarity of illustration.
