FIG. 9 is a top plan view of FIG. 6; and

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6.

The rear views of FIGS. 1 and 6 are mirror images of the front views.

The broken lines showing an I-beam and pier is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed invention.
