FIG. 1 is a top front and left side perspective view of a forty-button auxiliary telephone module with single screen, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof, the rear view being substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a side view thereof, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image of the side shown.

The broken line showing of a display screen area in the keyboard faceplate of the module in FIGS. 1 and 2, and in the support facility for the module in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
