FIG. 1 is a top, front, side perspective view of a front panel for personal computer showing my new design, the computer and control elements being shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown.
