FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined flashlight and water tight housing therefor showing my new design, with the housing in a closed position;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the other side being identical;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof, with the closure of the housing removed from the flashlight and the strap exposed;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof, the housing closure omitted for convenience of illustration, it being understood that the detached closure would appear as in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof, the other side being a mirror image;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof.
