FIG. 1 is a perspective view taken from the top, front and left side of a newspaper vending bin or similar article showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view taken from the top, front and left side thereof;

FIG. 3 is another exploded perspective view taken from the bottom, front and right side thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view taken from the bottom, front and right side of the bin unit thereof, with the inside rear panel omitted from convenience of illustration;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view taken from the top, front and left side of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view taken from the top, front and left side of a third embodiment thereof; and

FIG 7 is a perspective view taken from the top, rear and left side of the bottom bin unit shown in FIG. 6 showing the posts for mounting the middle bin unit and the inside rear panel in an exploded position.

The broken line representation of areas for advertising indicia in FIGS. 1, 2, 5 and 6 is for purposes of illustration only and forms no part of the claimed design.
