FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view taken on line IV--IV of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is an elevational view taken from one end thereof;

FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view taken on line VI--VI of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 7 is an elevational view taken from the end opposite that shown in FIG. 5.
