FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a glide pad for sliding windows, doors and the like showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a front elevational view, with the rear being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 5 is a side elevational view, with the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
