FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side (either) view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof.

The support chain in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 are shown fragmented to indicate indeterminate length.
