FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined bottle and cap showing our new design, the rear elevational view is the same in appearance;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side is the same in appearance;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of the combined bottle and cap, the rear elevational view is the same in appearance;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 5, the left side is the same in appearance;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 5; and

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 5.
