FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of the combined bottle and cap, the rear elevational view is the same in appearance;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 5, the left side is the same in appearance;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 5; and

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 5.
