FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a flexible grounding plate for overhead utility lines showing my new design;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end being substantially a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 6;
