FIG. 4 is an end elevational view with the opposite end being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the second embodiment of the design scale; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof shown at a reduced scale.

The cross linking to indicate convention fabric which is partially shown in the drawing views for ease of illustration is understood to cover the bottom and top surfaces as indicated.
