FIG. 5 is the other side elevational view of the second embodiment of the heel element; and

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of the second embodiment of the heel element.

The broken lines showing the sole and the remainder of the shoe upper are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
