FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an opposite side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an end elevational view thereof in the opened position;

FIG. 9 is an opposite end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of my design in the opened position, the pencil being shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 11 is a perspective view thereof in the closed position;

FIG. 12 is a perspective view of a third embodiment of my design in the opened position, the pencil being show in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 13 is a perspective view thereof in the closed position.

The undisclosed views of the second and third embodiments are identical to those of the first.
