FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view of a shoe upper showing a second embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of the second embodiment; and

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of the second embodiment of the shoe upper.

The front elevational views of the first and second embodiments are the same.

The broken line showing of a shoe sole is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
