FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a rack-mount cover plate for a timer or similar article showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

The broken-line showing of a housing in FIGS. 4 and 5 is environmental only and forms no part of the claimed design.
