FIG. 3 is a top plan view of a third embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of a fourth embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a fifth embodiment of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 6 is a front elevation of FIG. 5.

The height of all embodiments is identical as shown in FIG. 6; the bottom surface of all embodiments is plain and unornamented. The broken line of words is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claim.
