FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a third embodiment of our new design.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a fourth embodiment of our new design.

It is understood that all undisclosed exterior surfaces of all embodiments are plain and unornamented.
