FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top perspective view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1, the only difference residing in the shape of the case portion; and

FIG. 9 is a top perspective view of a third embodiment of FIG. 1, the only difference residing in the shape of the case portion.

The broken lines shown in all views represent conventional stitching.
