FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary right side elevation view of the front end portion thereof within the circle 5 in FIG. 3; and

FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary left side elevation view of the rear end portion thereof within the circle 6 in FIG. 4.

FIG. 7 is an enlarged front elevation view thereof; and

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross sectional view thereof taken along lines 8--8 of FIG. 3.
