FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a modified form the surgical retractor;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image.
