FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design in an inverted position;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view shown on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation thereof, the rear elevation is the same; and

FIG. 5 is a side elevation thereof, the opposite side is the same.
