FIG. 1 is an elevational view of one side of a combined bottle and closure showing my new design, the opposite side being identical;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
