FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view, the two sides not shown being the same in appearance thereto;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view rotated 45 degrees with respect to FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
