FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a textured surface panel, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a cross sectional view thereof, taken along the line 2--2 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view thereof, taken along the line of 3--3 of FIG. 1.

The rear surface of the textured surface panel is planar and unornamented.
