FIG. 10 is a rear perspective view thereof, as seen from the top in an opened position;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof, in an opened position;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a right side elevational view thereof, the undisclosed left side being substantially the same; and

FIG. 14 is a front elevational view thereof, in an opened position.

The cover portion in FIGS. 11, 13, and 14 is shown broken-away for ease of illustration only.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1, 3, 10, 11, and 12 represent conventional stitching.

The cross-lining in all views which represents conventional fabric is partially shown for ease of illustration only and is understood to cover the entire area as indicated.
