Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a combined box and greeting card showing my new design in a fully assembled condition, with the lid element partially opened;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, with the lid element in a fully closed position, the undisclosed sides being substantially the same;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, in blank, form; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof, in blank form.
