FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a handle for an article of flatware showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken line showing of a spoon bowl in FIGS. 1-4 is environmental only and forms no part of the claimed design.
