FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a luggage cart showing my new design, the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof, the front view being a mirror image of that shown; and

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The undisclosed bottom is flat and unornamented.
