FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of the exterior lower front panel for a vehicle embodying my novel design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevation view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a left side perspective view taken from the front thereof.

The broken line showing of an automobile is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
