FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the undiscolsed right side being substantially the same;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a third embodiment thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a fourth embodiment thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a fifth embodiment thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of a sixth embodiment thereof.

It is understood that the undisclosed bottom plan and side elevational views in FIGS. 2-8 are substantially similar to FIGS. 2 and 3 of the first embodiment.
