FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cover plate for outlet embodying our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation thereof, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof, the top being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a right elevation thereof.
