FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined bottle and cap embodying our new design, the rear elevational view being the same in appearance;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view of the combined bottle and cap, the left side elevational view being the same in appearance;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
