FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a license plate frame showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof the top being substantially a mirror image of that shown; and,

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof, the right side being substantially a mirror image of that shown.
