FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a cover plate for marine craft or similar article showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof in an assembled condition;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof in an assembled condition, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof in an assembled condition.
