FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of an alternate embodiment of FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an alternate embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view of FIG. 8, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 10 is a front elevation view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 8;

The holder portion of the alternate embodiments are the same as those shown in FIGS. 1-6.
