FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a safety signaling tool for scuba divers and the like showing my new design, with the opposite sides being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view thereof, with the signaling tool shown in use, and with the broken line showing for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design.
