FIG. 2 is a top plan view;
FIG. 3 is a front elevational view;
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view;
FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view, the right side being a mirror image thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof showing the headrest in an alternate position.
FIG. 1 has been drawn to an enlarged scale with respect to FIGS. 2 through 6.
