FIG. 2 is a front elevational view, the rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view with the cap member in a stored position, the rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom, right front perspective view with the cap member removed for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 6, the left side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of FIG. 6.

FIGS. 4 and 9 have been drawn to an enlarged scale with respect to FIGS. 1 through 3 and 5 through 8.
