FIG. 1 is a right side elevational view of a combined bottle and cap embodying our new design, the left side elevational view being identical;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the bottle shown without the cap for clarity of illustration, the left side elevational view being identical; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 4.

The broken line showing of a dispensing nozzle in FIGS. 4 and 5 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
