FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an outside rear view mirror exterior surface for an automobile showing our new design it being understood that the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view taken from above thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view thereof.
