FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top, front and right side perspective view of a second embodiment of the control head illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view thereof.

The views of the second embodiment not shown are the same as the corresponding views of the first embodiment.
