FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of a shoe sole in FIGS. 1-4, including the upper cupped vertical sides of the sole, is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. In addition, the break line between the shoe upper and the shoe sole shown in FIGS. 1-4 is a break line only and forms no part of the claimed design.
