FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view of a ceiling fan and lighting fixture showing a second embodiment of my new design, the other three sides being identical to that shown;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 5.
