FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof, the front elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, opposite that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along lines 6--6 of FIG. 8;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof in open position with the end knob in raised condition;

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along lines 8--8 of FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along lines 9--9 of FIG. 7.

The broken line showing of the distal tip of FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
